Option 1: We are a MSP or Mail Service Provider for Sendio Icebox protected email accounts. This is a great option for those who do not wish to purcahse an Anti-SPAM appliance and blocks of licenses. If your company has its own Exchange server or some other mail server you can enjoy the protection of Sendio's Icebox with no large up front investments. For as little as $5 setup fee and $3 per month per account, we can have you up and running in most of the time in a matter of minutes. If you a have ten email users, your costs would be a modest $50 setup fee and $30 a month to protect all ten user accounts bringing an end to SPAM and protecting your users from Email Viruses. There are voiume discounts for 100 or more email accounts.
Option 2: If you don't have your own mail server and need an mail account in addition to Sendio Icebox protection, for as little as $5 setup fee and $4 a month per account we will provide you with one or a thousands email accounts using one of our domain names, your domain name or we will register a domain for you. (note there is an annual fee of $25 per year if we register and maintain a domain name for you.)
Option 3: We will host a Sendio Icebox server just for your company at our location or yours. The costs is $2500 for the server and setup fee plus an annual licensing fee based upon your number of users. The Icebox server will belong to you but we will manage and maintain it for you.
What is Sendio Icebox? You can learn more about this great product at http://www.sendio.com but in a nutshell it is in our opinion the best Anti-SPAM Anti- Email Virus product on the market. Each of your users have their own individual contact list or whitelist which Icebox will automatically maintain for you or your users can manage if they wish. It is their choice. When your users send an email to someone, Icebox farms that email address from their outgoing email and adds it to their Icebox Contact list so when the receiver replies, your user is assured they will receive the email. When someone emails your users, Icebox checks their Contact list to see if the sender is listed. If they are not, Icebox returns a Sender Address Verification email (SAV) making the sender aware they are not in your users contact list and asking the sender to click on Reply and Send to be added. Since 99% of all SPAIM comes from a bogus email address this feature stops all most all SPAMS in its track. For the handful of SPAMS that may actually come from a valid email thus a human on the other end may reply to the SAV message to be added to your users contact list, You user can log into their Icebox accound and change that contat from an allow to a drop and from that moment on that SPAMMER can not get past Icebox using that email address. Icebox is so effective that I make a standing offer that if after 30 days if you are not happy with the results, we will refund your setup fee and your first month's fees and I have yet to have anyone take me up on my offer. It is that good.
There are not programs to install, Icebox sets in front of the mail server so one will continue to use their email as normal. Since the ideal of SPAM management is to not have to manage your SPAM many Icebox users never log into their Icebox accounts but there is on execption. If you received emails from mailing lists, because mailing list can not reply to the SAV, for the first few weeks user on mailing lists will need to check their Icebox account and allow and add those emails to their Icebox Contact list. This only has to be done one time for each mailing list and from that time on, your mailing list emails will be allowed.
Now the most common argument I hear from businesses is they are afraid their customers will be put off by the SAV message. That was my thinking too when Sendio first approached my company about becoming an MSP and that turned out to not be a concern. Most people are so fed up with SPAM that they will do anything to stop it. We have had senders receive the SAV email message then ask our customers where they can go to get that protection. Another great feature of Icebox is you can export your Contact list from Outlook, Outlook Express and many other popular email softwares and import that list into your Sendio Icebox account and from day one be up and running. Anyone that is in your Icbox Contact list will be allowed and will not receive an SAV return email. Only those not in your Icebox Contact List will receive such an email.
